Social responsibility
EMC implements policies and programs aimed at ensuring the social security of its employees through social workshops, and spends an average of 6-7 percent of its total annual costs on it. EMC provides a total of 24 types of assistance to current and retired veterans and employees who have been diagnosed with occupational diseases. Within the framework of social responsibility, EMC signs an annual cooperation agreement with the local municipality and implements a policy of environmental rehabilitation and friendliness.
