From 2002 to 2007, he was a surveyor and general surveyor at the Bor Mountain concentrator plant of "Mongolrostsvetmet" SPC.
In 2007-2009, head of the management department of "Mongolrostsvetmet" SPC.
From 2009 to 2013, he worked as the director of Shijir gold factory of "Mongolrostsvetmet" SPC.
From 2013 to 2017, chief engineer at the Bargilt mountain plant of "Mongolrostsvetmet" JSC.
In 2017-2018, he was the deputy head of the representative office of Erdenet Mining Corporation in Ulaanbaatar.
In 2018-2020, Deputy Director of Production at "Mongolrostsvetmet" SPC.

Batmunkh Tumen-Ayush was born in 1967 in Alag-Erdene soum of Khuvsgul province and lives with his wife and 3 children.
Education and profession:
1989 - Graduated from Darkhan Polytechnic as a concentrator technician;
1998 - A bachelor's degree in mineral processing engineering from the University of Science and Technology; and
2000 - Graduated from the Academy of Management conferred with a degree in Management and International Trade Management.
Postgraduate education:
2003 - Graduated from the Ural University of Russian Federation majoring in a degree in Mining Technology;
2006 - Joined the Asian Productivity Center as a human resources manager at PSB Corporation in Singapore.
2012 - In the field of productivity in Korea;
2013-2015 – Graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, USA, majoring in a degree in administrative management.
Job career:
1989-2018: A flotation mineral processor at Grinding and Flotation Section, Mineral Processing Plant;
June 2018: Deputy General Director-Chief Engineer of Erdenet Mining Corporation SOE;
Since April 2019: the First Deputy General Director and Chief Engineer of Erdenet Mining Corporation SOE.
In 2021, he was awarded with the title of Honored Industrial Personnel of Mongolia.
Since May 2022, the Chief Engineer of Erdenet Mining Corporation SOE.

Uuriintuya Dorjsuren was born in 1982 in Lun soum of Tuv province and lives with her husband and 3 children.
Education and profession:
2003 - Graduated from the University of Agriculture conferred with a Bachelor's Degree in economics;
2009 - Graduated from the Academy of Management conferred with a degree in Managerial Management;
2007 - A master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Agriculture;
2011 – A Certified Public Accountant;
2017 - Professional Tax Consultant.
In 2020, she received her Ph.D in Business Administration from the University of Agriculture.

2005 - International Financial Reporting Standards of the Ministry of Finance;
2005 – 2006: World Bank's “Public Sector Accounting Capacity Building” project adopted International Standards for Public Sector Accounting;

2013- Appointed as a senior state inspector at the General Agency for Professional Inspection;
2014-2016: The Head of Orkhon Branch and Deputy Director in charge of group sales at “Sod Mongol Group” LLC;
2017 - A financial and economic advisor to the General Director of Erdenet Mining Corporation SOE; and
April 2019 - Deputy General Director for Finance and Economy of Erdenet Mining Corporation SOE.
May 2022 - Chief of Administration of Erdenet Mining Corporation SOE.
Since January 2024 - Chief of Administration, Management, and Finance Department.
