  The primary task of the EMC's human resource policy lies in the creation of high-class motivated personnel, able to realize the Company's Strategic Development Plan and increase competitiveness and effectiveness of production.
Personnel of the Company are getting more persistent and the number of employees with more than 10 years' service at the Company reached 58.5% of total. Personnel fluctuation ratio has decreased rapidly to 3.5%. In the last few years, the number of discharges from the Company reduced more than twice, and the number of newly recruited staff decreased by 60%. The important factors persuading personnel's fluctuation ratio, are comparably high wages (which is almost twice higher than an average of country's industrial sector), as well as a variety of benefits and social services provided.

EMC HUMAN DEVELOPMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

• For the last three years, about 4,500 of our staff were involved in training to their further  qualifications or to obtain a second qualification.
• 156 engineers and technicians look overseas training and were enrolled postgraduate studies.
• The Company funded 230 students at domestic and overseas colleges and universities.
