In 1979 has graduated from the Moscow Institute of steel and alloys on a speciality “ Automation of metallurgical manufacture”. From 1979 to 1984 worked at a factory “Red October ” in electrosteel-smelting shop ¹4. From 1984 to 1999 worked on the Belarus metal works.
